Olympus is building OHM, a community-owned, decentralized and censorship-resistant reserve currency that is asset-backed, deeply liquid and used widely across Web3. My role as a Marketing Manager was to manage an international team of 10 talented and passionate marketing contributors. Then report back to the head of marketing.
Missions:
- Managing team members spread across different time zones
- Achieved 400% growth on the main Twitter account
- Improved website traffic by 100% over 6 months
- Assisting with online events organisations were more than 1 000 people were attending
- Interviewing new talents to join the Marketing team
- Helping with team restructuring to improve workload and reduce project lead times
- Sharing inputs and helping with the creation of a new branding/look and feel
- Co-Marketing with other acting brands in the market
- Marketing activities and team performance reporting
